Delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of orders being made at www.thinkingoutcloud18.co.uk; they are then handed over to the delivery service.

The delivery service used for orders made at www.thinkingoutcloud18.co.uk are sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail state that their delivery time varies between 1-3 days; please note that we are not responsible for any issues with delivery timescales, and as per our terms and conditions are not responsible for the receipt of orders once they have been handed over to Royal Mail to deliver to you. As per our terms and conditions, we have no way of handing over delivery requests made at the point of order, such as delivering to a neighbour or a safe place; however, this is something that can be arranged with your local Royal Mail delivery office.

The delivery service used is 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For; depending on order weight this will either be in the form of a large letter, small parcel or medium parcel.

On the basis of the above information, it is reasonable to suggest that your order should arrive within 1-3 working days of being placed; however, we can not be responsible for delays with Royal Mail. Proof of postage is always retained, as evidence of handing the order over to Royal Mail.

Returns

As per our terms and conditions, due to the nature of the item being sold, whereby once opened the ability to resell if negatively affected, returns will only be supplied if the product is in some way defective, or if an incorrect product, different to that which was ordered, has been supplied. Due to the nature of the item, a return will not be issued on the basis of the consumer not enjoying the flavour, as with any other similar items for which you are unable to return on the basis of personal preference.

Issues with received products must be reported to us immediately, or within 24 hours of receipt.

If the item received does not match the item ordered, for example if an incorrect product has been sent in error, please contact us at info@thinkingoutcloud18.co.uk, where we will be happy to rectify the mistake and offer a return.

If the item received is defective, and not a defect caused during transit with Royal Mail for which we accept no responsibility for, please contact us at info@thinkingoutcloud18.co.uk, with photographic evidence if possible, for us to investigate and advise of the next steps. We always strive to offer best customer service and so will endeavour to reach amicable agreements.

Refunds
